Dr. Bill Mohlenbrock, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Mohlenbrock received his BS degree from the University of Illinois and his MD from the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He holds fellowships in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and the American Association of Physician Leadership. He is a noted lecturer and has published numerous articles on measuring and improving the quality and cost-efficiency of medical care. His clinical work has been focused at Scripps Memorial Hospital and UCSD in La Jolla, CA.
Dr. Mohlenbrock founded a patented technological system that empowers a risk-adjusted clinical information system for monitoring and improving quality, efficiency, and productivity in patient care. He has established benchmarking targets for emerging specialties to create centers of excellence.
Thomas Kish, MHA
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Kish is an accomplished healthcare executive whose career has spanned over 30 years. In that time, he has provided leadership in a broad range of hospital settings, with more than half of his career spent as a hospital Chief Executive Officer. Tom has served in a wide array of hospitals – large and small, urban and rural, as well as teaching and community hospitals. He has developed a solid performance record focusing on strategic growth, quality outcomes, and financial viability. Tom has often worked in settings requiring the return of troubled hospitals to solid and sustainable positions.
Tom received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University. After spending four years with the U. S. General Accounting Office in Washington, D.C. and New Delhi, India, he received his Master of Health Administration degree from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Tom has participated in the Executive Management Program at Harvard University and many other professional development programs. Tom is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has been a speaker at the ACHE Congress.

Laura Hamilton brings over 30 years experience building solid outbound organizations focused on targeted marketing and development relationships and platforms at the executive level. Ms. Hamilton has an extensive background in strategic and tactical planning, and demonstrated ability to identify and leverage opportunities for optimal success. Ms. Hamilton has driven growth for a number of prestigious organizations including: SUNY Upstate Medical Foundation, The Salvation Army, University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and London Opera.
