Alliance Care Technologies International and US based CureMatch

Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring AI Precision Cancer Treatment to More Patients Worldwide

ACT New Logo 2023 (2).jpg
Cure Match.jpg

United Arab Emirates  (July 15, 2022) — Alliance Care Technologies International (ACTI) and CureMatch, Inc., have announced a strategic partnership to bring the groundbreaking CureMatch Decision Support System to a greater number of markets, particularly in the MEASA (Middle East, Africa, South Asian) region. This agreement will give more doctors and patients worldwide access to an unprecedented suite of artificial intelligence (AI)-based SaaS oncology tools by CureMatch, focused on matching cancer patients with personalized treatments according to their genetic profile.

UAE-based ACTI develops advanced technology and AI solutions that aim to solve today’s most pressing healthcare challenges. The company partners with industry leaders to design individualized solutions to enhance patient experience, streamline administrative processes, manage costs and ultimately improve outcomes. Through this partnership, ACT will be able to license the CureMatch Decision Support System in order to bring this precision oncology capability to more doctors, hospital systems and other medical providers.

The CureMatch Decision Support System provides actionable intelligence to oncologists on therapy options matched specifically to an individual patient’s unique molecular tumor profile. The clinical decision support system leverages proprietary algorithms, as well as curated clinical and scientific knowledge, and provides a matching score to help doctors identify combinations and monotherapies for optimal cancer treatment.

Patients and providers working with ACTI will have access to all of the CureMatch Decision Support System services, including analysis reports for each prospective and/or retrospective patient’s genetic sequencing dataset, and consultations with CureMatch staff as needed for assistance interpreting the decision support system’s reports and recommendations.

“We are at an exciting time in oncology, where treatment options for tumor-specific therapies are being approved at increasing speed,” said Dr. Aaron Han, Chief Medical Officer of ACT. “CureMatch takes the specific genetic signature of a patient’s tumor, and finds the best treatment and combination based on a proven algorithm. Precision medicine in oncology is here now!”

“CureMatch is a solution that will enable physicians to apply advances in precision medicine in oncology to their specific areas of expertise, directly benefiting individual patients' treatment and outcomes” said Michele Tarnow, Founder & CEO of ACT. “As new therapies rapidly emerge, the CureMatch Decision Support System will be a critical resource for oncologists who may struggle to stay informed about new therapeutic combinations and trials.”

“Cancer knows no borders or boundaries, and neither do we,” said Navid Alipour, CEO of CureMatch. “No two cancers are the same, but with our AI technology, we can help deliver better outcomes by helping oncologists process the vast volume of information in genetic sequencing reports, and prescribe therapies customized to their patient’s molecular profile. It is beyond human cognition to process the over 4.5 million possible three-drug combinations that could fight any given person’s cancer. That is why it’s so critical that doctors have access to our proprietary KRR (Knowledge, Representation & Reasoning) AI to “CureMatch” the patient to the correct treatment the first time.”

Continued Alipour: “We are thrilled to work with ACTI for a number of reasons. The UAE has become a hub of medical tourism and innovation for both the MEASA region and beyond. The leadership at Alliance Care Technologies is committed to optimizing patient care and improving outcomes, while reducing costs for hospitals and patients alike. Their mission aligns directly with CureMatch’s patient-centric approach to genetic testing and AI solution development, and we cannot wait to work together to expand our solution worldwide.”

Synapse and Alliance Care Technologies partner to offer automated clinical coding software internationally

24/09/2020

Synapse Medical Services, the Australian company with an AI driven automated coding system that can code up to 10 episodes per second, and Alliance Care Technologies, an American company with unique technologies that are tailored to assist physicians across the entire continuum of care, are delighted to announce a reseller partnership to offer the platform to both networks and in the various jurisdictions that they cover.

Synapse CEO, Margaret Faux, said it was so exciting to finally enter into an agreement with ACT after building a strong relationship over the last few years with their Dubai office and sharing a vision around using cutting edge technology to support the highest quality of clinical care.

By partnering with Alliance Care Technologies, Aircoder can be nicely plugged into their already impressive array of clinical and business solutions to offer more depth to their practice management offering. Faux said that the partnership made sense to “support the existing solutions offered by ACT with a complimentary platform whilst reaching a larger network due to the countries that both companies operate in”.

Alliance Care Technologies aim to improve the delivery of value-based healthcare through algorithm-based smart tools, having built an allied team of independent tools and aggregated them to optimize care. This made the partnership a very logical step for both sides.

ACT CEO, Michele Tarnow, said “We are delighted to partner with Synapse to offer their automated coding solution to our network and build a long-term partnership. The AI solution fits perfectly with our existing suite of services as we already deploy our AI based tools to look at improving assessment, clinical quality and efficiencies with our international healthcare partners. Improving collection of clinical data and effectively using the results arising from that will be a key driver for all going forward. This partnership is an exciting next step”.

Ms Faux, Synapse CEO, added “We have known Michele for a while now and feel that ACT’s core values align with our own. We both have a Dubai based office in Dubai Science Park and look forward to working closely from this hub to develop an international plan. Both companies are passionate about innovative products that can fuel positive results and reduce healthcare wastage, both from a resource and financial perspective. Aircoder does this and we welcome the chance to make this agreement public”.

COVID has presented many new challenges for healthcare systems the world over with technology becoming more important than ever. Aircoder was launched in December 2019 after years of internal development and built to assist with the shortage of clinical coders the world over. This agreement will allow the platform to be used to support clients in the Middle East, America and Australia as it can be trained to code any code set in the world.

Through this partnership both sides will be providing all of the necessary technology, administrative support, and an automated coding service to ensure that more international healthcare facilities have the option to perfect the recording of their clinical data and associated payments.

Mare's Conference.JPG

Alliance Care Technologies will be participating 11th & 12th August in the Riyadh Global Digital Health Summit (RGDHS), bringing together leaders of healthcare systems, public health, digital health, academic institutions and businesses to discuss the vital role of digital health in the fight against current and future pandemics.

The virtual two-day summit, organised by the Ministry of National Guard’s Health Affairs Department, in collaboration with the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships, is part of the G20 calendar under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s presidency. It follows the G20 Extraordinary Summit held on 26th March 2020, during which G20 member countries expressed their commitment to providing a united front to combatting COVID-19.

A well-structured event programme will represent all aspects of digital health and ensure a wide participation from experts across the world.

Faisal Almajed, RGDHS spokesman and a General Director at the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, commented: “The pandemic has undoubtedly accelerated appreciation for technological solutions, so healthcare professionals must now seize this opportunity to build on previous strides forward in digital health and advocate for accelerated digitalization as a core part of countries’ recovery plans.
