ACT's Catalyst S4 System Recognized by Fast Company’s 2022 World Changing Ideas Awards

Alliance Care Technologies (ACT) was recently recognized in Fast Company’s 2022 World Changing Ideas Awards in the “On The Rise” category, highlighting ACT’s innovative S4 Symptoms Surveillance System.

The winners of Fast Company’s 2021 World-Changing Ideas Awards honor the businesses, policies, projects and concepts that are actively engaged and deeply committed to pursuing innovation when it comes to solving health and climate crises, social injustice or economic inequality. Now in its fifth year, the World-Changing Ideas Awards showcases some of the world’s most inventive entrepreneurs and companies tackling exigent global challenges.

How Catalyst S4 can change global response to the spread of global pathogens:
Alliance Care Technologies’ S4 System is an innovative, symptom-based, syndromic surveillance system that identifies dangerous pathogens at the pre-pandemic stage. S4 uses artificial intelligence to analyze symptom data and compare to predefined patterns of pathogens of interest. Catalyst S4 increases the likelihood that pandemic and Bioterrorism Pathogens and other infectious diseases are identified pre-diagnosis, allowing time for public health professionals to intervene and prevent the spread of dangerous infectious diseases.

“We were thrilled to receive an Honorable Mention recognizing our innovative Catalyst S4 Symptoms Surveillance System alongside these other innovators,” said ACT’s Founder and CEO, Michele Tarnow. S4 promises to revolutionize the way global leaders respond to the spread of potential pathogens, significantly speeding response time and ultimately avoiding future pandemics.”
